Can I pick up my order?
Yes, for those customers who would like to call in we offer a pick up option. This option is free of delivery charges. All you need to do is select the pick up option at checkout and we will email you when your order is ready. Our pick up address is Unit 6/1 Locke lane, Ellenbrook WA 6069.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes there is a very small window when your order is being processed in which you are able to change your delivery address, just send us an email as soon as possible and we will endeavor to make the change. In some instances however there is a small chance this is not possible once the order has been placed, thank you for understanding!
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes, this is because we use Toll Express and they do not deliver to them.
How can I track my package?
If you would like to track your order just send us an email and we will send you your tracking number.
What if I am not home during delivery?
If you are not home when your Bullet Planner is arriving, never fear! Toll will find a safe little spot to leave your parcel so it’s there waiting for you when you get home.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Bullet Planner gift cards, Visa, Mastercard & Paypal.
How do I know my credit card information is secure?
All sensitive information is always transmitted via secure HTTPS channel. We don’t store sensitive data on our servers. We support only reliable payment gateways such as paypal, which guarantee the security of transactions.
