Returns & refunds
At Bullet Planner, we promise to provide our products as they are displayed on our website. Customer satisfaction is of upmost importance to us, so if you aren’t 100% happy with your product we welcome you to please contact us in regards to your issue. On the off chance your item is faulty/incorrect we’ll be happy for you to return the item for either a replacement item, a refund or repair of the item. We may ask for these items to be returned to us for a quality inspection, to ensure those rare problems don’t occur again. If you wish to return an item, please email us for instructions on how to proceed.
Customers will not be eligible for a refund or replacement of personalised or customised products:
- Where errors occur from a typing error you may have made on our website;
- For defects that are the result of ordinary wear and tear or abnormal use;
- Or if you have changed your mind
Customers use all kinds of variations in regards to name spelling, so it is impossible for us to know if it is a mistake or just different. Please ensure you have double checked the spelling before placing your order.
Our personalised products are made-to-order according to your specifications, so we can’t accept returns where the customer has simply changed their mind.
“Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure’”.
