Change-of-mind returns
For eligible non-personalised items, change-of-mind returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns.

Personalised and custom-made products
As many of our products are personalised and made to order, we’re unable to accept change-of-mind returns or refunds for personalised or custom-made items, including typing errors, spelling choices, or name variations entered at checkout.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
